Ministry of Health, New Zealand
Worked hands-on across multiple Microsoft 365 modernisation initiatives, delivering technical solutions and operational improvements to support the Ministry’s Lotus Notes migration programme. Key contributions included:
Developing and implementing an automated migration solution that maximised parallel migrations to significantly improve throughput during the Lotus Notes to SharePoint Online migration, successfully managing the transfer of approximately 80 million documents using ShareGate
Leading the deployment of AvePoint Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 workloads to enhance data resilience and recovery capabilities
Collaborating with the Ministry’s Architecture team and actively participating in Architecture Review Group (ARG) sessions to present solution designs, address security and compliance requirements, and obtain critical certifications and approvals in line with New Zealand government standards
