  • details you provide about your enquiry or project (e.g. migration requirements)

How we collect it

We collect this information directly from you when you:

  • contact us by phone or email

  • complete a form on our website

  • submit an enquiry through a LinkedIn, where LinkedIn shares the information you've agreed to provide (such as your name, email, job title, and company) with Savera

Why we collect it

We collect your personal information in order to:

  • respond to your enquiry

  • provide a free migration assessment

  • provide IT consulting and migration services you have engaged us for

  • maintain records for our business and government supplier obligations

We only use your information for the purpose you provided it for, unless you've separately agreed to something else.

Legal basis

Where you submit your details via a LinkedIn, we rely on your consent, given at the point of submission, to contact you about your enquiry.

Storage and disclosure

We store your information securely and do not sell or share it with third parties, except where necessary to deliver the services you've requested, or where required by law. Some information may be processed by service providers located outside New Zealand (for example, LinkedIn, which is based in the United States); where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected consistent with the Privacy Act 2020.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. You may also ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal or contractual obligations we may have to retain it.
